AI Inbox Service
AI Inbox helps users capture information, analyze it using artificial intelligence, and perform actions such as creating reminders, calendar events, shopping items, and other supported tasks.
Features may change, be added, removed, suspended, or modified as the service develops.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse another person's account or credentials.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to AI Inbox. You grant AI Inbox permission to process, transmit, and store that content as necessary to provide the requested service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and process any information you provide to AI Inbox.
Artificial Intelligence
AI-generated classifications, summaries, extracted information, and suggested actions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.
AI Inbox should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
Automated and Native Actions
AI Inbox may perform actions on connected or local systems at your request, including creating reminders and calendar events. If you opt in, AI Inbox may also send automated receipt deadline notices to your primary account email address. You are responsible for reviewing those actions and ensuring they are appropriate.
Network failures, device outages, third-party service failures, software errors, or other technical issues may delay, duplicate, or prevent an action from completing.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AI Inbox to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, abuse third-party services, or harm others.

AI Inbox relies on third-party services, which may include authentication providers, artificial intelligence providers, cloud infrastructure, database services, operating-system applications, and other integrations.
